Permits

Some actions, especially herbicide applications or deploying prescribed fire, may require specific training or certifications. Talk to your local conservation district, ODF, or DNR about permitting, or the Columbia River Gorge Commission if you are operating in the Columbia River Gorge National Scenic Area. For prescribed fire, there may be a local Prescribed Burn Association who can help you. The following links can get you started with permitting:
